RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS


Returns & Cancellations Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items in accordance to the following guidelines:
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for any custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations will only be accepted within the first two hours after the order is placed.

Changes can be made if production has not begun. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order or need to make changes.
